Millennium Daycare Center is a for-profit childcare service company whose mission is to improve the quality of child care for all communities

Millennium Daycare Center is open to any family regardless of race, gender, religion, national origin, cultural heritage, political belief, disability, marital status or sexual orientation.

The Center employs a professional staff, including a Director who ensures that the policies are implemented successfully. We have bilingual teachers who are fluent in American English and Chinese languages. All staff members are experienced and OCCS qualified professionals. We encourage parents, teachers and administrative staff to work together to build an exciting, safe and nurturing place for the children. While the Millennium Daycare Center mainly serves the Chinese community, we believe in the importance of multicultural experience for all our children. Both English and Chinese languages are spoken and used in the Center.

Parent Information and Communication

Parents and teachers are partners. We invite parent questions and suggestions. Parents are informed of Center activities through the parent bulletin boards, notices include class activities, field trips, suggestions and resources for parents. Millennium schedules events and workshops with parents throughout the year. These may include class nights, parent workshops, field trips, and other events.

Parents are encouraged to share information regularly with teachers about their child at home and to discuss their child's development

Millennium Child Care welcomes parents to visit the center and their child's classroom at any time. Parent participation is encouraged always and especially on field trip days, neighborhood walks, special events, and lunch times. Good parent-center communications are in your child's best interest and are essential for an effective partnership.
