Tuition rates are subject to change. A 30 day notification of rate
changes is always provided.
At Millennium we have two types of tuition payments:
Private Tuition Payment
Parents will pay the full fee according to their child's age. A two-weeks
tuition deposit is due upon enrollment and in addition to current
charges. When parents withdraw their children; they need to give at
least a two-weeks notice in writing to the Director. The deposit may
be applied towards the last two weeks' tuition if requested two weeks
in advance.
Tuition payments may be made weekly or monthly. Weekly tuition payments
are due on Fridays for the following week. Monthly tuition payments
are due the last Friday of each month for the following month. Any
late tuition payment will be charged a late fee of $10.00. You will
be charged $20 for returned checks, payable the same day. Millennium
then has the right to refuse future checks and require that payment
be made by money order or cash.
No student may have more than one week's tuition outstanding at anytime.
A termination notice will be issued if payment is not received on
the scheduled day of payment.
Payment is made for holidays, sick, snow, no-show days, and other
days due to inclement weather or natural disasters.
We expect parents to pay on time. In the event of payments
falling behind parents should talk to the Center's Director and arrange
for a special payment schedule.
Participants of the Voucher Programs payment
We request to have the copy of the valid voucher in your child's
file during enrollment.time.
Parents are responsible for renewing their voucher agreements two
weeks prior to the ending date of the voucher. Services will not be
extended past the ending date without verification of an extention
from your voucher organization. In compliance with your voucher agreement,
you are allowed nine excused absences per month, after three unexcused
absences, your voucher will be terminated. An absence is excused when
you call the Center to report that your child will not be coming in.
An absence is considered unexcused when a parent/guardian does not
call in a child's absence to the Center.
